Reflection 4/13/2023

 Today we started our arguments essay, Mr.Rease gave us  a prompt and we read it and did some research on both sides before picking our side. After picking our side, we started on our introduction paragraph. Since most of the class consisted of reading and research we only completed the introduction and 1st body paragraph before class was over. The prompts were about whether we believed museums should return artifacts that were stolen or unrightfully taken to their rightful countries and or cultures. I am pro doing that because I believe that keeping something that rightfully belongs to someone else’s culture and history is beyond wrong.

Reflection - 3/10/2023

 Today was à independent learning day, so we didn’t have class. Since we didn’t have class, we just were assigned to complete old or missing work. Since it was an independent learning day, I’m just completing old missing assignments from math class. I’m also just going to be studying for my sat since i take it tomorrow morning. Overall, i’m not doing anything else.

The Last 3 Minutes

I believe the message of the short film was to cherish every moment in your life because you never know when it might be your last day. The short film captured all his happy and sad moments all while he was slowly dying. I believe the purpose of life is to live it to the fullest, because when you look back as you get older you don’t want to regret anything or wish you did more of anything. The film captured that the guy may have regretted decisions he made in his younger years which brought him to great place he was. Overall i feel like if you live life to the fullest it’ll make dying not feel as big of a deal because you feel as though you actually lived.
